Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Product Nature and Delivery
All products offered by Ultrattiv are digital goods (Ebooks, Templates, Coaching Sessions). Upon successful payment via Stripe, the download link or access credentials for the purchased package (Basic, Pro, or VIP) are delivered to your registered email address instantly.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the immediate and permanent nature of digital downloads and the inherent difficulty in 'returning' digital access, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or download links have been delivered.
3. Exceptions (Crucial for Stripe)
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstance:
- Proven Technical Failure: If the customer experiences a technical failure (e.g., corrupted file, non-functional template) that prevents access or use of the purchased product, and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 72 hours of the issue being reported.
4. How to Request a Refund
All requests for a refund based on technical failure must be sent within 7 days of the purchase date to our support email, including your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue:

5. Cancellation Policy (Coaching/Support)
If the package includes a Coaching Session (VIP Master Bundle), the session must be booked and attended within 60 days of purchase. No refunds will be granted for unused sessions after this 60-day period.
